For the past eight years, Talking Tots, LLC has provided speech and language services to the pediatric population in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. We are considering rebranding our business to include the adult rehabilitation and assistive living population. As a result, the talkingtots.com web address and the Talking Tots U.S. trademark may be auctioned.
There are multiple locations in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom using the Talking Tots name. Currently, we have not exercised our rights against U.S. companies infringing on the trademark. However, the new owner of the U.S. trademark has every right to use full legal recourse to protect their investment.

Children communicate long before they learn to speak. In our opinion, communication is the most important first step. At Talking Tots, we address every aspect of learning communication. We provide therapy for children with autism, speech/articulation disorders, stuttering/fluency, and expressive and receptive language disorders.
Services begin with an evaluation to determine the services needed. A therapy plan is developed by the therapist and family. Family training is also an essential part of the process. Children will make more progress when intervention strategies are implemented in the home, school and community settings. Therapy plans will determine the length and frequency of treatment.
Talking Tots serves children from birth to twelve years of age. We can assist with school transitions and home programming. |

My name is Merrideth Burt. I have been a Speech-Language Pathologist for more than 15 years and I have four children of my own. My husband and I operate Talking Tots in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. We are inspired by our own children and the children we provide speech and language services. Occupational therapy and Physical therapy are also available as a multi-disciplinary approach to learning. |
